ARE THE DRAWINGS/ILLUSTRATIONS ALL ORIGINAL AND CREATED BY YOU?  Yes they all are. I’ve been drawing for as long as I can remember. I studied fine arts, fashion design and advertising, from college to the university. I've been working in the fashion industry, visual display and decor field for many years since so I combined the elements from all these teachings and experiences that inspired me the most and seemed essential to creating the personal style I have now.

WHY DO YOUR PRODUCTS/COLLECTIONS CHANGE REGULARLY? WILL MY FAVORITE ITEM CURRENTLY OUT OF STOCK STILL BE AVAILABLE?  MADEINCONRAD relies on the creativity of original artworks, limited editions, and the renewal of our items. Many of you have expressed your excitement for discovering new products and exclusivities on a regular basis, hence our desire to design different artworks and collections for you throughout the year. If you like any items that are currently out of stock, please let us know, they may sometimes be back and available online again soon.

OTHER THAN THIS SITE, WHERE CAN I BUY YOUR WORK, PRODUCTS? We're working on it right now but, at the moment, the only way to purchase our items is through our website, accessible to everyone. The concept is based on limited, unique, and handmade designs. Each edition is created and sold exclusively through our online store.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER DIRECTLY? Unfortunately, In-person pickup is not available at this time, online purchases only.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE? Yes we do. At this time, we offer free standard shipping on U.S and Canada orders. For international orders, please refer to the delivery options at check out.

WHAT CURRENCY AND PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE BEING USED WHILE SHOPPING ON YOUR STORE?  All transactions are processed in Canadian dollars. We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Paypal payments.

IS YOUR CHECKOUT PROCESS SECURE?  We use Squarespace payment systems so your credit card information is absolutely safe. Any pages during the process that ask for your personal information are encrypted and secure.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?  Yes, available here. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Simply forward it to the lucky intended recipient or print it in order for them to receive your gift so they can use it and shop directly from our online store. They have no expiration dates or additional processing fees. Gift cards are final sales and cannot be returned.

CAN I USE YOUR ILLUSTRATIONS & IMAGES FOR A LOGO, WEBSITE, ON MY BLOG ETC.? All CONRAD NADEAU/MADEINCONRAD artworks and images are copyrighted ©. All reproductions by any electronic or mechanical means are strictly prohibited and may not be reused without permission. For any usage or to discuss licensing arrangements, please email inquires to studio@madeinconrad.com . All images used are the sole property of CONRAD NADEAU/MADEINCONRAD.

COLORS/APPEARANCE We have made our very best to display as accurately as possible the colors of items that appear on our site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor and/or other technological circumstance, that computer monitors are not all calibrated equally and color reproduction on the Internet is not precise, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Since the items we create are handmade, limited editions or unique piece, the appearance may vary slightly from one to another due to the fact that they are produced as orders are received.
