We offer standard shipping within the U.S. and Canada. International shipping rates and options are shown at checkout.
Business Hours: Monday to Friday. Closed on weekends and holidays.
Production Time: 5–10 business days. Please add shipping time to estimate delivery.
Customers are responsible for parcels marked unclaimed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Reshipping fees apply.
International Orders: Import duties or customs fees are not included and must be paid by the customer. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.

RETURN & REFUND
All sales are final. Since each item is made-to-order, limited edition, or handmade, we do not offer returns or exchanges—unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If your item is damaged on arrival, please contact us immediately at studio@madeinconrad.com with photos. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
If your return is approved after inspection, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 12 business days. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery is confirmed. Please review all order details, including billing/shipping addresses, email, and phone number, before confirming your order.
