SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING: At this time, we offer free standard shipping on U.S and Canada orders. For international orders, please refer to the shipping charges & delivery options at check out. 

We are open from Monday to Friday and closed on weekends and all statutory holidays. Production and shipping times are calculated in business days and do not include weekends and holidays. Production Time: 5-10 days. Please add estimated shipping time to production time to know approximately when to expect your item to arrive. 

The customer is responsible for their parcel if it gets redirected to us marked as unclaimed or due to an incorrect address. All fees for reshipping the order will be fully charged to the client. International customers are responsible for any applicable import duties or customs fees charged in their territories. We are unable to predict which shipments may be subject to these fees or the amounts that may be charged.

Orders in Canada are shipped via Canada Post and in the United States via USPS. Standard Delivery in Business Days:

CANADA 3-5 days
USA 5-7 days

 

RETURNS: Since the items we create are all limited editions, unique piece or custom-made for each order, all sales are final. Items are produced as orders are received. We do not keep any inventory on hand. Since they are handmade, the apparence may vary slightly from one to another. Orders go out in the order in which they are received. Items coming from multiple shipping locations may have a slight delay to be paired up. We therefore encourage you to consider your purchase carefully prior to confirming an order. 

We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages if confirmed delivery. In the case of a damaged or defective item, please contact us at STUDIO@MADEINCONRAD.COM within 48 hours of receipt and we will gladly sort things out. The items must not have been used and be in their original packaging. Items damaged after receipt are the sole responsibility of the customer.
